The Ernie Els Winery
Now is the perfect time to be visiting Ernie Els Wines. Its Cellar Door trading hours are Monday to Saturday 9am-5pm and the kitchen is open from Tuesday to Saturday midday-3pm. The winery is open throughout the festive period, except for Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, which represents ample opportunity to enjoy Chef Amelia Hanekom’s sublime summer menu.
