105 Majors places Ernie 13th on all-time list

Ernie made his major debut as an amateur in the 1989 Open Championship and has now played in a total of 105 majors, up to and including the 2021 Open.

This places Ernie 13th in the list of all-time major starts (see table below).

Ernie has four major victories – the 2002 & 2012 Open Championship (pictured above) and the 1994 & 1997 US Open (pictured below). He has finished in the top-10 an impressive 35 occasions.
